1.01 Update: Bigger resolutions and brighter nights


Mirror War has received it´s first update:

  • Bigger resolution scaling support. Building a WebGl project with proper fullscreen scaling can be a matter of trial and error at times. And with an old laptop, building a project can take usually around 20 minutes. After further investigation I found this template published by Sean, that does exactly what I was looking for. So, here is the difference:



  • Brighter night color to favor unit visibility, as requested. Here you can see the before and after.
  • The day/night system can now be disabled entirely in the main menu. For those who would rather prefer to disable it, since it does not have any meaningful impact during gameplay.

In the following days, I will focus on fixing behaviors related to Units and Leaders.
